OUR RETAIL NETWORK

MegaFon’s controlled retail network comprises over 4,000 points of sale, including more than 2,000 MegaFon Retail stores and about 2,000 MegaFon-branded franchised stores. Our retail network also includes the nationwide Euroset chain with approximately 4,000 stores, which we own in partnership with VimpelCom. Our retail network is our key customer interaction channel, adding value and enhancing our brand through the speedy resolution of issues and our high standards of customer service.
